In-Home Care and Personal Care
At Leading Care, we offer in-home care services as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to provide personalised support to individuals with a disability in the comfort of their own homes. Our team of experienced and compassionate support workers is dedicated to helping NDIS participants maintain their independence and quality of life, by assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship and social interaction.
Our in-home care services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, and can include assistance with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. We work closely with participants and their families to develop personalised care plans that reflect their individual needs and preferences.
At Leading Care, we understand the importance of continuity of care and consistency of support. That's why we assign a small team of support workers to each participant, ensuring they receive consistent and high-quality care from familiar faces. We also provide ongoing training and support to our support workers to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide the best possible care.
