Access Support
At Leading Care, we understand the importance of community involvement and social inclusion for individuals with a disability. That's why we offer community access support services as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our team of experienced and dedicated support workers provides personalised support to enable NDIS participants to access and participate in their local community.
Our community access support services are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual and can include assistance with transportation, communication skills development, and participation in social and recreational activities. We work closely with participants to identify their interests and preferences and develop strategies to overcome any barriers that may be preventing them from accessing their local community.
Our community access support services are provided with a focus on empowerment, encouraging participants to take control of their lives and make their own choices about the activities they engage in.
